Having worked under the guidance of his Father from the young age of 14, and then forming his own small concrete company in 1997, sole owner, Dan Ruzza has evolved and become one of the Industries leading commercial concrete placing and finishing companies.

Dan’s extensive knowledge of the concrete industry has brought value to our team and his hands-on approach and mentoring of our employees has built Rucon a solid foundation that incorporates excellence in quality, teamwork and leadership in the industry.

Acting as General Manager; Brandie’s duties encompass a multitude of responsibilities including monitoring and planning of the day to day operations, scheduling, estimating and sales.

Brandie started her construction background in 2005 and advanced from dispatching concrete crews and pump trucks, to estimating and sales and is now in the General Management capacity. Customer service and meeting clients needs are an extremely high priority and she prides herself on the level of quality workmanship that Rucon Contracting offers.
